Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM PST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day, with 1–3 days for preparation. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. Delivery Estimates United States only: 8–20 business days (typically 12–15 days with full tracking). Additional delays of 3–5 days may occur during peak seasons such as holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Check your inbox (including spam) or log into your account for updates.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $50.
A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $50, displayed at checkout. Important Notes Lost in Transit: Full refund issued if no tracking update 10 days past the expected delivery date.  

Damaged on Arrival

Refer to our Refund Policy.  
No Delivery in 30 Days: Automatic full refund.  
All packages ship from US warehouses or trusted partners.
